General Rules and Policies

To maintain a safe, clean & enjoyable facility, all rules and policies are mandatory for all guests.

      Amazone Playzone Facility

  • The main play area of the Amazing Zone is designed for children under the age of 12

  • The toddler area in the Amazing Zone is designed for children under the age of 3

  • The Adventure Zone is designed for children ages 5+

  • Please choose the appropriate equipment for your child or children to play on

  • No running, pushing, chasing or any rough play will be permitted in the playground or on the equipment

  • No climbing on the nets inside or outside the equipment

  • No climbing or leaning on the fence


      Health and Safety

  • Please remove any jewelry that may snag on parts of the structure as well as loose articles from your pockets before playing

  • Eye glasses, if not absolutely necessary, should be removed

  • Management is not responsible for your children’s safety or any injuries that may result during play, or through inappropriate use of the equipment


      Waiver is a Must

  • Everyone who accompanies a minor must fill out a safety waiver before entering the premises


      No Shoes or Strollers Inside

  • For hygienic reasons, our entire facility is a socks only environment

  • No shoes or bare feet allowed (This applies to both adults and children)

  • Strollers must be left in the front entrance


      No Outside Food or Drinks

  • Due to health and safety reasons, no outside food or drinks are permitted


      No Food or Drinks Outside of the Café Area

  • To maintain a clean play environment, food and drinks are restricted to the café area

  • Bottled water is the exception to this rule, however it is not allowed on the play structure


      Zero Tolerance

  • Any aggressive, dangerous or disturbing behaviour to staff or others in the facility will not be tolerated


      Obey the Signs

  • Some of the play structures have specific rules which must be read before allowing your children to play


      Leave at Home

  • Please leave any sharp objects at home, in a locker or in your vehicle before entering the facility

  • Common sharp objects include poppy pins, clothing pins, brooches, nail clippers etc.



Party Room Policies

In addition to the General Rules and Policies, parties have a few further regulations.


  • A $100.00 deposit is required to book a party

  • The deposit is non-refundable, however it is transferable should you choose to cancel your party



  • We will provide tablecloths, napkins, cups, plates and cutlery for the party

  • Latex balloons are not permitted due to allergies (Foil balloons are acceptable)

  • No nails or tape are allowed on the walls or ceiling

  • Any decorations you may bring will be set up for you in the room by your party coach


      Room Time and Food Order

  • Your 90 minutes of private room time begins at the time you booked your party

  • Early access to your room is not permitted

  • Please arrive a half hour prior to your booking to ensure registration will not cut into your allotted rental time, and to allow our party coaches enough notice to set up any decorations you may bring

  • We will contact you 5-7 days prior to your party to take your food order and set up a time to deliver the food to your room

  • Delivery will be within the first half hour of your booked rental time

  • If we do not receive your food order and the time for delivery, we will place a default food order for delivery at a default time


      Method of Payment

  • We accept Master Card, Visa, debit and cash

  • If you do not have a credit card for payment, or choose not to leave your credit card information on file, a driver’s licence or any government issued photo ID will be required when checking in for the party

  • Your credit card, or ID, will be held in a secure place until the end of the party and will be returned to you after the remaining balance has been paid in full
