Rules and Policies
To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable facility for all, rules and policies are mandatory for all guests.
Amazone Playzone Facility
- At least one parent or guardian must stay with the children for the entire stay
- The Toddler Zone is intended for children 1-3 years old only
- The Adventure Zone is intended for children 4+ years old only
- The main playground of Amazone Playzone is designed for children under 12
- No running, pushing, chasing, or rough play is permitted anywhere in the facility
- Do not climb on nets inside or outside the equipment
- No climbing or leaning on the fences
Health & Safety
- Please remove any jewelry that may snag on parts of the equipment
- Please remove any loose items from pockets before playing on the equipment
- Eye glasses, if not completely necessary, should be removed
- For hygienic reasons, the entire facility is socks only, no bare feet and no shoes
- A waiver must be filled out for all children attending. 24 hour waivers are only available to groups of 10+ children, otherwise our online waiver is required
Other
- No outside food or drink is permitted
- Reusable water bottles are allowed
- All food and drink, including water bottles, must remain in the cafeteria - none is allowed on the equipment
- Strollers are not permitted and must be parked in the front of the facility
- Please leave any sharp items at home (e.g. poppies, pins, brooches)
- Any dangerous, disturbing, or aggressive behaviour to staff or others in the facility will not be tolerated
- Some play structures have signs. Please read them before playing
Party Room Policies
Booked parties and field trips have some additional rules and policies. Please keep these in mind.
Deposit & Payment
- A deposit of $100.00 +tax is required to book a party room. This is non-refundable and will be taken out of the final payment for the party. All deposit payments can be made either over the phone or in person.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit can either be used to re-book or kept as store credit.
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a $50.00 penalty
- A drivers license or ID is required during check-in. This will be held until the payment is completed.
Decorations
- We will provide tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery for the party
- Latex balloons are not permitted in the facility due to allergies and choking hazards. Foil balloons are a welcome substitute.
- No nails or duct tape are allowed on the walls or ceiling
- No pinatas, glitter, confetti, or silly string are permitted in the facility
Room Time
- Your 90 minutes of room time begins at the time you booked your party
- Early access to your room is not available
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your room time to ensure sign in does not cut into your booked room time. Late arrival will not extend room time.
